Processing
Please allow 1 to 2 days for your order to process. You will be notified with tracking when your package has shipped. Processing time is subject to change and may be longer during new drops or launches due to high order volume.
UK Shipping
Free Uk shipping on all orders.
International Shipping
Shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.
There may be duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges imposed by your home country. It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand and make payment of these charges.
Return Policy
We hope you love your Arteafinity pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer site credit for unworn items that are sent back within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned merchandise should be accompanied with the original packaging and must not show any signs of wear.
To request an exchange for site credit, email h.xu@arteafinity.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item(s) and please include EXCHANGE REQUEST and your order # in the subject line. Please allow up to 24 hours for our team to get back to you with next steps.
Once we receive the return to our warehouse in the required conditions, we will issue you an online credit code via email for the amount of the item being exchanged, which can be used immediately to place a new order exclusively on Arteafinity.co.uk. Please allow up to 72 hours for your returned item to be processed and the site credit issued.
Site credit codes are non refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash and expire one year from activation.Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
Arteafinity reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition.
Damaged Goods
We inspect all merchandise before packing and sending, however if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email h.xu@arteafinity.co.uk within 24 hours after receipt of the parcel.
International Standard
We ship to most countries around the world and to make things easier for our customers we offer Standard Shipping methods for all International orders.
International Standard Shipping will take approximately 1-4 weeks , this could be longer depending on destination country.
UK Free Standard (Mainland UK)
These orders are shipped with Royal mail and should arrive between 2-5 working days after placing your order. (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday are not working days )
